I put a few drops with coconut oil and smear all over my foot. It has been clearing up my athletes foot very quickly. Started using about a week ago and I think by the end of this week by fungal infection will be cleared! So much improvement and helps my foot to feel calm. I rinse my feet with soap and water, dry them then do the oils, and put a sock on top. Very happy!
