A Good Value
The health benefits of garlic and parsley can be found by asking google for that information. I do not always have the fresh goods available and this provided me with a convenient way to receive the benefits of both in one gelcap and it has worked very well for me.

Highly recommended
It helps with dry skin and overall gives a younger rejuvenated look to my skin. I also experienced terrible after taste, but found that eating a slice of lemon or even drinking lemon water after taking the pill makes the garlic after taste completely gone!
