We were so excited for this to come in. As we were starting to put together, we realized the company didn't send us 20 screws and washers that we needed. We had to go to the hardware store to get the pieces because we couldn't get ahold of the company over the weekend. It's holding up better than the other pergola we bought from this company. Still will never buy from this company ever again!
