I bought this item to help me lower my LDL. It is much easier to take than apple cider vinegar. It is best to use it in hot beverage like tea or you can also put it in your yogurts or pudding. The Nutrients found in cinnamon are excellent for any health benefit you might be trying. This cinnamon is fine and powdery and smells amazing. The price was very pleasing and it comes in a nice package that's resealable.

Tastes wonderful! I put a teaspoon in my oatmeal every morning to help my blood sugar, trying hard to get out of pre-diabetic zone. So far I'm down a tenth of a point, this is an easy step that tastes %26 smells great. This is the Ceylon variety so you don't have to worry about too much coumarin like regular cinammon.

A Great True Cinnamon.

This spice is perfect for making my Golden Milk recipe complete when I use it with a golden milk powder that has only the other three ingredients in it. (ok: turmeric, cardamom, ground black pepper) I was also intrigued that it is light beige and smells delightful, which is even better for its many other uses. Am happy to have found it.
