I've owned silicone sous vide bags before. When I moved, they were left behind. So, I thought I would try these from Walmart. Sealing them is exceedingly difficult. They seal by sliding semi circular plastic across the top. It takes a lot of effort and is very difficult to get that last inch. The bag stained almost immediately. I'm going to have to go somewhere else and get decent sous vide bags.
