the plain fact I ordered pouches for my mother-in-law new image ostomy pouches drainable 23/4 size flange opening, they cane 21/4 a whole half inch to small.I tried to return can't, contact seller who does not reply. what ever you do not take a chance with Walmart when needing these none returnable pouches, At least Amazon will refund your money if there not what you ordered...Hollister sucks at customer service!
