It took a couple of hours to put together but it wasn't difficult. The cables are smooth and so is the benchpress bar. It's very versatile and it's a lot of machine for the price. It was missing a pin and I emailed Mikolo and I received a reply within a couple of hours and I had the replacement pin in four days. Great machine and service.

Got a new piece sent out within the next few days. Was told the item shipped on Wednesday 2/12 at 935 pm. Got my new piece on Monday 2/17. They fixed the problem fast, and i sure am a happy customer. Will definitely buy from them again! Putting it together was not hard. My husband and I did it within a few hours as long as u take your time and read the directions.
