Flowmaster 04-06 F150 Direct Fit (49 State) Catalytic Converter - 2.50 In In/Out (Right)

I was reluctant to buy this because it looks like the bend going to the headers is not the right angle (seems like it needed to be a sharper angle) but I went ahead and purchased it anyway. It took hours to get the old exhaust off I wish I would have just cut it from the start with a Sawzall but I fought it for hours then cut the side pipe where the driver-side cat comes into the exhaust. One of the hardest parts of removing the old exhaust was unclipping the oxygen sensor that is closest to the header because Ford left no extra length. I have big hands so I had to unbolt it from the header, then drop it down to try to fit my hand up there to unclip it. After removing the old passenger side cat it was super easy to put the next one in place again the hard part was getting the oxygen sensor plugged back in. I also have a front lift that I was able to jack the front up 2-3 feet otherwise I am unsure if you can get the new cat installed without lifting the front of the truck.
