Although I measured very carefully using the size guide, the first splint, I ordered was a bit tight so I ordered another one one size up and it fits perfect perfectly-this oval eight splint really keeps the finger straight and is pretty comfortable. I think though for what it is, which is basically. A piece of plastic it's a little high-end price, but otherwise I recommend.

This is the most comfortable finger splint I have ever worn. It works perfectly for trigger finger. It is also great for the hot climate I live in. True to size. Splint arrived early. It is a little pricey for just one, but I have to admit it was worth the cost.
