Excellent!
Cascara for constipation acts very delicately, it does not work immediately, it takes 8-10 hours, it depends on the body, by the way, one capsule is not enough for me, I take two before bed, in the morning it has a very mild effect without spasms, it saves me a lot with my difficulties with the gastrointestinal tract after three genera. Please consider giving a thumbs up to my review.thank you.

cascara sagrada
I take it occasionally when I suffer from constipation. I have a bowel movement the next day, so it definitely works. I also sometimes take chia seeds, apple pectin, acacia, castor oil, yellow dock, psyllium seed, aloe vera... it all helps me if i'm constipated.
