Excellent stops shedding and it strengthens hair I am African-American mix so I have thick hair.. I went to the hair salon and they did this silk press which damaged my hair and caused it to keep shedding and This stopped my hair from falling out and shedding. This shampoo makes my scalp feel clean and doesn't seem to leave residue after rinsing. However, I bought it hoping it would help with a scalp condition I have and it had no effect on that. I do think it's a good shampoo, much like other Suave poducts I have used and good value, too

Love this Shampoo and conditioner. shampoo clarifies hair and lathers great. Smell is amazing. Smells like a high end spa shampoo. I get lits of compliments on my hair because it smells good and has lots of body. You def need to use conditioner because it clarifies hair so its feels dried out after shampooing but once you add conditioner, its like silk because the clarifying shampoo opens hair cutticle which allos conditioner to get into hair better. Love this shampoo andconditioner and I have been using for over 10yrs
