Frozen and Exploded
We use a lot of lestoil in our home, unfortunately the cost is increasing every few weeks. I won't go without lestoil, so I find the best bulk pricing. What really is upsetting is to receive a box of frozen and exploded lestoil after paying so much! It ended up being 4 bottles thar were lost, and that is not okay in my low income, single mom home. Of course, the process to get this corrected would have cost me more in the end. I feel like the sellers are responsible. The shipping cost me, and it took so long and sat on the truck so it froze.
