The packaging is terrible. The box arrived ripped from the bottom, which ended up damaging the trunk and causing the tree to lean to the right. The trunk does not have adjustable wire in it so i cannot adjust the tree to stand straight. The leave are also very difficult to spread and return back to their original positions within five minutes after i attempt to spread/sparse them out to look like the product picture. Thus, all that ends up showing are the bottoms of the leaves, which look very artificial.
