I'm hooked! Feels so good on my sore muscles. So much so, that I would wake up in the night from extreme pain in my hip area, put it on and in a few seconds literally I feel relief until and past the morning when I awake. I had neck fusion surgery about a month ago. It's been great for my tight painful muscles in my shoulders, neck, and back. Not on the incision site or under my neck brace. It's a weird feeling in that it cools and heats at the same time. It does keep me awake for a bit before I can go back to sleep. Worth the money. Great quality and I'm not mad about the quantity. Yes, you may pay more, but it's worth it. I found out about it from my physical therapist in rehab. Felt it then and was sold. Long-lasting relief. Smell is strong, but not bad. Cleared my sinuses. Feel it down in my chest. I see it comes also in a cream, spray, dry roll on, patch, and a regular roll on. I'm conflicted, but I'm extremely happy using the gel. Just a matter of preference. I will be purchasing again when I get paid in a couple of days. I still have plenty left, but I don't want to be caught without it. In fact, I think throwing some in my first aid kit for a sprain or a pulled muscle might be a good idea.
