Exactly what I expected- but better
Rug looks great and sits perfectly flat on floor straight out of the bag. The rug has a very slight "earthy" smell but it's not offensive or the strong odor some other reviewers noted. I expected it to be a little scratchy underfoot, but it's very soft.

The quality of the rug is a little less than what I expected. You can see the stitching on certain parts of the rug, but if you aren’t inspecting it you can’t tell. Overall I love the look of the rug and i’m happy with my purchase! Plus, customer service is great!! There was a problem with my original order and Jasper from customer service worked quickly to resolve it for me. Would definitely bug again!
