I received my cute little tree opened up it's branches, install the batter(which was an issue) the contacts were loose and had great difficulty in getting to work. After a 15 minute period they automatically went off and I had to start from the beginning. I believe it is faulty. Mt granddaughter loves it. I might need to get another one and return this e. Check out the battery box before buying one.
