This is the perfect air mattress. 18” doesn't sound high enough but it's the same height as our couch cushions. The entire thing is that soft, velvet. It blows up in less than 5 minutes. Perfect for our family when traveling and needing an extra bed. Don't hesitate! I got it on sale and it was definitely worth it.

I was kinda scared to get a Bestway because I work returns, and the maroon ones get exchanged pretty often. This one was perfect! My bestie and I go camping a lot so I decided to upgrade the tent and bed this year. We took a power source with us that had ac plugs on it so we didn't have to worry about blowing it up manually. I'm 264 (5'8”)and she's 140 (4'11”). We slept on it 3 nights and it did stretch a bit but we just added a little more air. We were comfy. I recommend this mattress! Ps Fyi The bed is lengthwise in the pic.
