First off this is not difficult to drink at all, some probiotic supplements are a struggle to consume and have you hiding and masking the flavor or aftertaste within a smoothies or such. While this can definitely be added into a smoothie or other drink mixes, the flavor works very well on its own with no sour or bitter aftertaste! I took this after having to undergo a regiment of antibiotics, and this most noticeable helped to restore my gut health and get my digestive track back to normal operation within a few days. I love the twist-top container they chose to use, makes it easy to grab a scoop on the fly and use without making a mess. Same convenience as if you were just mixing up a pre-workout.
