I like this product. I feel it really works. I notice how my joints feel better when I take it. I can bend down to tie my students shoes. I really notice when I forget to take it, how difficult it is to bend down and sometimes to go down a flight of stairs. I've had no side effects, there is no flavor, and it goes down easy. I highly recommend it.

I took this specific formula for my joint health, and because it did not have any msm.I am personally trying this formula without any msm, because years ago, I may have possibly had a bad reaction when taking it.It is hard to tell if these pills are working for me, yet. This kind of supplement for the joints may take a while to show its full potential in time, or there may be another reason.Bottom line: This specific formula has only glucosamine and chondroitin, which may be a good thing for some people, including myself. Also, there is a cheaper version of the glucosamine and chondroitin combo, but it has different forms of it.
