Loved the picture of this rug. It was shrink wrapped for shipping and I followed the instructions exactly to get the rug to fluff up. It was flat as a pancake and after 3 days lying flat, it barely “sprung up.” I can't really be mad because you get what you pay for I guess. And the price was really cheap.
