Excellent!
This really seems to be helping with my migraine headaches that I usually get whenever there is a chinook. I have been taking it now for about 3 weeks and have only had one headache and today it has gone from a low of -21 Celsius to -8 already at 11 am and no headache!!

Excellent!
Other calcium supplements have too much calcium and not enough magnesium for me. Powdered dolomite is an inexpensive way to take this supplement. I mix it in water with nutritional yeast and psyllium and drink it through a straw. It's a great way to start my day.
