Flashers require no special tools or complicated installation methods. The rubber cone is clearly marked with pipe dimensions, in both inches and millimeters, so it can be easily customized with tin snips or scissors.
Our Flashers product line holds a Certificate of Listing with IAPMO R&T. This shows our products are in compliance with the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) and International Plumbing Code (IPC).
Flashers brand pipe flashings are intended to create a water-tight seal on pipe penetrations through metal roofing or siding, such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or the like.
Flashers are NOT recommended for use on applications that exceed continuous temperature ranges, as listed. Ex: Single Wall pipe with Flashers pipe flashing mounted close to heat source.
