Warranty information
CORSA Performance Exhaust Products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty. The warranty applies to the original retail purchaser for as long as the purchaser owns the vehicle on which the CORSA Performance Exhaust product was originally installed. Change of ownership of the CORSA Performance product in question voids the warranty. CORSA Performance Exhaust Products TMG Performance Products, LLC (CORSA Performance ) believes in maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction. TMG Performance Products, LLC (CORSA Performance) warrants to the original retail purchaser with proof of purchase for warranty determination that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship while purchaser owns the vehicle upon which such product(s) were originally installed. CORSA Performance's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of parts that are determined by CORSA Performance to be defective, or refund of the products original purchase price, at CORSA Performance's option, of the alleged defective product. They pledge that if at any time you encounter a problem with their products, they will strive to correct the problem in the most timely and efficient way possible, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations contained herein. This warranty does not extend to damaged or defect in the finish of a product or to any product, that in the opinion of CORSA Performance, has been misused, damaged by accident or negligence, altered or modified in any way, installed contrary to CORSA Performance installation instructions, or repaired by an unauthorized service facility. CORSA Performance makes no warranty for products installed on vehicles used for race or competition purposes. No other warranty, expressed or implied, is applicable to this product. tmg performance products, llc (corsa performance) shall not be liable for the loss of use of the product, inconvenience, actual or alleged damages whether direct or indirect of any kind, including liability for special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, arising out of the use of, or inability to use the product, actual or alleged labor, including the cost of removing any part, installation, reinstallation or other related charges, or for any breach of any express or implied warranty, including any implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose which would otherwise be applicable to this product. Some states do not permit limitation or exclusion of implied warranties;therefore, the aforesaid limitation(s) or exclusion(s) may not apply to the purchaser. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state. Specifications, materials, components, color, finish, model changes, availability, and prices are subject to change without notice. CORSA Performance makes no representation or warranty, express or implied that its products comply with federal, state, or local emission levels, noise levels, or safety standards. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for such use and compliance. WARNING: This warranty only applies to products purchased from Factory D Racing. Walmart displays this warranty text for all sellers. Make sure you are purchasing from Factory D on the Walmart Marketplace otherwise this product may not come with a warranty.
