I repeatedly tried to get you to install the pictures I wanted in the locket as per you add and could not get your links to take them. i went to a Walmart and asked for help me and was told it was an online issue and they could/would not help. I have no problem with the product my complaint is with your service. Now I cannot find anyone (company) to install the pictures for me. Will you take it back and refund my money?
