Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms and conditions of sale (“Agreement”) are applicable to any order placed by you (“You” or “Your”) and accepted by Sixo Design LLC (“Us”, “Our” or “We”) for Sixo product
(“Product”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Title and risk of loss to shall pass to You upon shipment of the Product.
WARRANTY. We warrant that the Product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. Our sole obligation and your
exclusive remedy in connection for the breach of this warranty shall be for Us, at our sole option, to repair or replace the defective Product after You have returned the defective Product to
Us at Your expense. If We are unable to repair or replace the Product, we will refund to You the amount You paid for the Product less any shipping charges.
We will pass through to You all available warranties offered by third-party manufacturers applica
