I purchase this to use as a way to bathe my large dogs in the house (too cold out during the winter months). I don't have a tub and running the shower was inconvient. I let the warm shower fill up the pool to the desired level and then turned it off to bathe the dogs. Being able to pull the plug for drainage and then being able to fold it up for storage are an added plus!
