Akfix 905N Neutral Silicone Sealant is a neutral cure, premium performance silicone sealant designed for gap filling and sealing in various building and construction applications. The construction sealant combines outstanding adhesion with non-corrosive and odorless curing, making it ideal for large-scale construction and glazing projects.

- Weather Sealing & Joint Sealing: Ideal for walls, windows, and doors.
- Glass Sealing: Suitable for glass-to-glass and glass-to-aluminium sealing.
- Kitchens & Bathrooms: Perfect for sealing applications in wet areas.
- Construction Joints: Effective for brick, wall, concrete, PVC, wood, glass, and more.
- Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and grease-free.
- Application Temperature: Apply between +5°C and +40°C.
- Joint Depth: Depth should be less than width; recommended minimum dimensions are 5x5 mm. For wider joints, depth should be half the width.
- Tooling: Tool the sealant with light pressure within 5 minutes for a professional finish.
- Cleaning: Clean excess uncured sealant with a solvent. Cured sealant can be removed mechanically.
- Recommended Joint Widths: Between 10 mm and 35 mm, with a width-to-depth ratio of about 2:1.
- Basis: Silicone Polymer (Oxime)
- Curing System: Neutral
- Temperature Resistance: -60°C to +180°C
- Application Temperature: +5°C to +40°C
- Elastic Recovery: Approx. 100% (ISO 7389)
