I liked the way the chair was packed, It survived 10 days in shipment with Fedex. The fifth time I received an e-mail saying it was on the truck, it finally was delivered. I like the size of the chair and the swivel and recline action work perfectly. Don't know about longevity yet. The wings are very difficult to install and I do not have them on yet. Need to get a strong grandson recruited for the job. Glad I bought it.
