Quality went downhill

Quality of this item went downhill. I loved the Clorox toilet brush and holder and decided to stock up on them. Well the 4 I bought all don't sit flat on the ground. It's like a bubble at the bottom so it kind of tips to the sides. Disappointed in the lack of quality. Clorox what happened?
