Great product and Service
Humidifier worked great right out of the box. Brought humidity in my basement (new construction) down to a reasonable level. Had an issue after 6 months of use and customer service jumped on it and was able to quickly resolve the issue. Would purchase product again.

Compact, powerful, effective.
Bought this to replace a 3 year old unit made by a different brand, that was recalled. This was half the price and two thirds the size of the old unit. Small enough that it sits on the countertop in our 800 sq ft basement. It's quiet, sleek and pleasant to look at and simple to set up. We use the gravity drain hose it came with rather than emptying the bucket. The instructions did not mention that there is a small rubber plug beyond the cap that screws off. That plug needs to come out before the hose is installed. Very happy with it. Definitely recommended.

Great Humidifier!
This humidifier has really done a great job... With all the heat and humidity this summer my basement started to smell a little musty . This humidifier really took care of that! I empty it when I get up and before bedtime and its good. I probably could do it 1 more time during the day but this works fine for me and still does the job. It is extremely quiet, very easy to use and is on rollers so its easy to move around....not heavy either. I love it. Its been a very good investment. I thought about using the hose attachment so it would continuously drain out the window but thought with the window open on these humid days it would defeat the purpose....! I highly recommend it!!
