Quality Product

This feeder is made of quality materials. The assembly directions are vague however and the "800" number will leave you on hold for a long time. It would be nice if they offered some guidance on settings for first time users. The feeder itself I would buy again!

Boss Buck

This is a mixed review. Let me explain. 5 stars for Sportsman's Guide....they did what they promised. They processed my on-line order quickly without any issues. Boss Buck....2 1/2 stars. When I receive this product, it came with the wrong bolts to assemble the feeder. I called Boss Buck directly, email them pictures and explained the situation. Several calls later....nothing. It's the principle...mail me the product that I requested with all the hardware to assemble the item. Was it hard to find the correct bolts, no. It was more of an inconvenience than anything else. When I called Sportsman's Guide and explained the situation, they offered a small credit for the inconvenience. 2 thumbs up for SG for being professional. Great customer service. I tried to add photos but the system would not allow it.

Poor design

Big problem in humid climate. The feeder will not empty due to lack of sufficient gravity flow. The bottom is almost flat so at certain point the feed stops flow to spinner. Will then ferment and clog up. Bad design. Would be simple to fix with a redesign funnel
