8 years of Mizuno Wave

I got fitted at a running store around 8 years and the specialist recommended the Wave model for my foot. I have relatively flat feet, arch pain, and plantar faciaitis. These shoes provide a ton stability that helps keep my body feeling decent. They aren't not what I would call a fast shoe and they aren't super cushiony, but they work for me.

Not bad at all

I liked the wave inspire 11 and 15 and for some reason Mizuno discontinued. I have a small-athletic foot perfect for the 11 or 15. A sales person recommended the 18 and they are actually pretty good. I'd still rather have the 11.

LOVE these shoes

This is my fourth pair of Wave Inspire 18. The first time I tried these I was in shock about how perfect they were for me. I've never found that with any other running shoe. I immediately bought another pair not knowing if they would be discontinued soon. Once the first pair needed replacement, I started with my 2nd pair and bought another backup while I still could. This pair was the 4th in the line. Honestly, I will probably buy one more now. The black I originally bought (for 3 pairs) is gone so I chose this color. All that matters is that the shoe is absolutely the best running shoe I've ever owned. Thank you Mizuno!
