Item description is incorrect!

I received the wrong product late. Then I had to contact the supplier, who takes forever to communicate back. I was told to return the product and they would send the correct one. I never heard back. They got it 3 days after I returned it. Finally had to ask for a refund since they keep putting off shipping the correct product. It is also listed as a 2 pack which I believe is incorrect as they keep saying it is only 1! Don't order from here! It has been a month since I placed the order!
