I have used this iron supplement for years! It is easy to take and also easy on your stomach! Not all iron supplements are. This is the gentlest one I have found for my sensitive stomach. I highly recommend it ! Price is decent also. They are easy to snap in two with your fingers also if you want to split your doses during the day.
