im slightly over 6 ft so im kinda tall for it but with enough scooching and balance ive made it work. the leg lift part is little wobbly in my opinion but maybe thats how its supposed to be. (sideways wobly not up down obviously.) easy to put together and change from bench to portable. i like that when its in portable form i can still fit my barbell on the rack without issue. some bench with racks block the bench press rack when put up i like that this one doesn't. another cool thing is even if they were blocked with holes on both sides you can flip the racks and even plate holders to different sides

Good workouts

This is a nice workout bench. Has what you need for an upper body workout and leg. flip the bar catch holders to the backside and you can do squats. The workout set is study, ez to put together and I like the fold-up aspect of its design. That's one of the reasons I bought it. I've been using it a week now and I like it. Like anything, take care of it and it will last longer.
