Good
This has helped me control my weight.
I take this daily with my breakfast and dinner vitamins/minerals. It has helped me lose weight and control gains. After taking it for about 3 months, I added AMP-K stimulator. This has also helped keep me from gaining, and I even lost a little more weight. Additionally, I keep my eating within control, but I am not dieting. I do slip occasionally, but I have less gain than before taking these supplements, and any newly-gained weight comes off more easily than before. I would like to take off about 20 lbs to reach what I weighed before I moved to a cold climate where exercise is difficult in winter. If I tried harder, I think these two supplements could help me lose more weight. I have tried many other weight-loss supplements, without any obvious success. Up until now, hard work and lots of exercise were the only things that took off weight.
Hey, it actually works for me!
Much to my surprise (and you have no idea how cynical I've become about anything that has the word "Lean" in the title...) this product is actually helping me lose some serious body fat! I've been taking it along with CLA, Gymnema Sylvestre, and a few other supplements, and OH MY GOODNESS! My husband just told me yesterday he could really tell I'm losing body fat. I'm absolutely ecstatic! I don't usually post reviews, but I just had to about this. If it's due to the combination of these three products, I don't know for sure, but I do know the fat loss has stepped up noticeably since I added these LeanGels twice a day. I don't like the price, that's for sure, but you can bet if they ever have a BOGO on these, my fingers will be flying to order them. Sorry I sound so goofy, but HEY, IT ACTUALLY WORKS! For me. Your mileage may vary... LOL! Thanks, whoever created this formula.
