Individuals consuming more than 50 mcg (2,000 IU)/day of vitamin D (from diet and supplements) should periodically obtain a serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D measurement. Do not exceed 10,000 IU per day unless recommended by your doctor. Vitamin D supplementation is not recommended for individuals with high blood calcium levels. Supplemental zinc can inhibit the absorption and availability of copper. If more than 50 mg of supplemental zinc is to be taken daily for more than four weeks, 2 mg of supplemental copper should also be taken to reduce the risk of copper deficiency.

This finally got rid of my cough
I purchased these in a quest to get rid of a nagging wicked cough that started in fall 2022 (my usual time for allergy/sinus issues to kick in.) These are the only thing that got rid of it. I took them every day thru December, then started to wean off of them. I found that I can't stay off them for good because the cough comes back - not as bad but still annoying. I only take them on Saturdays and Sundays now and that does the trick. Another thing to note is that Zinc doesn't usually agree with my stomach, but I have no problems with the dosage in this pack.
