Warranty information
All merchandise distributed by ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS, LLC is fully guaranteed against defects in material and/or craftsmanship. All merchandise claimed as defective must be returned for inspection before adjustments can be decided, with consideration given to normal wear and tear. This guarantee does not apply when damage is due to use other than the intended purpose of the item or normal wear. Wood products (including wood handles) as they are natural elements are not covered by warranty. Any product that is felt to be defective needs to be returned for inspection. If there is a manufacturers defect ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS, LLC will repair or replace. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for handling and be sure to include your full mailing address (no post office box numbers). Please wrap carefully to insure points or edges do not cut through mailing carton.
