This is so simple I see different people rating it 2 stars on the account of speed I took a 5 volt 1 amp phone charger connected it to the speed control with a regular phone cable cut the end off side that connects to phone. There are 2 wires red black using a charge only cable not a data cable .next take back off speed control there's 4 screws to remove put red wire on side black wire on - side you can stripe the wires back 1 or so inches to wrap around the post on the speed control if you don't have away to solder the wires . Use electric tape to secure each side .by the way those charge only cable are only 1$ and they are appx 3 ft long this is much more convenient to use this is only a jack of all trades idea that does away with costly batteries. In the process increased speed by minimum of 35 percent it is safe because there is only 5 volts DC there at speed control my sweet heart absolutley enjoys the increased speed and power no more dead batteries.
