Great Electric Flour Sifter, Strong Motor and Disa

I wasn’t sure about this item, until I actually used it. It’s very light weight. Just needs batteries and it’s ready to go. I really had to work to clean the other one and this one just snaps apart and I can clean each component. Very happy with my purchase - this is about as exciting as a flour sifting can get.

Finally!

This is finally the tool that can easily scoop ice cream that is frozen solid. Every other scoop makes you work for it, breaks, hurts your hand, and delivers thin shavings of ice cream off the top or edges that soften first. This thing cuts through solid blocks of creamy goodness just the way you want it to. And it is so solid, I can't imagine it ever breaking. I'll never need another scooper.
