This stuff really works! I am old and bruise easily now and sometimes look like the walking dead, so I use a lot of Arnica. It fades the bruises quicker then they normally take on their own to fade. I recently used a new c-pap mask at night and the straps bruised my face it looked like I'd been in a fight with Muhamad Ali. I get bruised during the day and my arms and legs look awful. I used my bruise lotion and within 3 days they all were practically faded. I love and recommend Arnica.
