i dont know how my last order of 5 items got so screwed up. i had a feeling walmart would get it wrong so i called customer service about 3 hours after i ordered. i noticed my billing address was being used as my shipping address. i was told it couldnt be changed on the order and it was shipped. three of the items went to me. i called again. when i checked later the order details on the app said the order was cancelled. i called again and told them only cancel the duplicates. i got one more item at my home. the other never made it out of the vendor.bottom line is i had to pay $42 to send the items to my grandkids in kansas. i called cust serv 10 times, spent almost that many hours on the phone. i was over-charged $43 i recd 20 emails, half of which had inaccurate and even false info.
