Worst quality and bad service of seller
"Disappointed with both product and seller service" I regret purchasing this Kerastase shampoo. The quality was far below what I expected, especially given the premium price point. When I contacted the seller about these issues, they flatly refused to consider a return or refund, stating "we don't return and refund" without any attempt to address my concerns. I'd strongly advise other customers to think twice before purchasing this product from this particular seller. The combination of poor product performance and unhelpful customer service made this a truly frustrating experience.
