Set arrived sooner than expected, box containing the swivel chairs was damaged. My husband and I assembled the stationary chairs first, instructions were easy to follow. Had them together fairly quick. Next we assembled the three seat couches, again very easy and clear instructions. We opened the box with the swivel glider chairs and found several of the metal pieces were scratched, dented and some were completely broken. I contacted the company and explained what had happened, they requested pictures and a list of the broken parts. I sent both and within a few hours received an email that they would be sending a new shipment with a replacement set due to so many parts being damaged. This set is super comfortable with thicker cushions and a really nice fabric texture. We have my son's graduation party next weekend and are really excited to put it to use!
