Refund I didn't receive my purchase

I would like a refund because I did not receive my merchandise unfortunately so I have to give it a low review. My order was supposed to be delivered to my home Address Charleston Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89117 building 22 apartment 2070. I never received so I would like a refund or I can dispute the charge via my bank. You guys still have your merchandise cause I don't or give me a call and we can figure out this but right now I'm hurt. I'm upset that I didn't receive my merchandise refund.
