I would have preferred more width but it was exactly as described in size. I actually placed them around my disabled daughter's platform bed. The cushioning they provide will be very adequate so I will get a set later for my kitchen as the purpose they are for will be nice as I have hard time standing very long and these mats are something which will be supportive and comfortable at stove and sink.

Disappointing Kitchen Mats, would not recommend!

Mats are poor quality and a disappointment. They are thin %26 flimsy, the color looks faded if the velvet like material doesn't lay flat and they are MUCH smaller than the advertised dimensions (approx 12"x17" for the smaller of the 2). Not comparable to what was advertised and expected. The backing has lines of black non-slip material, not even a solid backing. Extremely disappointed.
