Nothing wrong with the quality of this mirror but beware of details: It was not apparent in the description, but this mirror does have the 11-head/9-pin electrical connector, and the shell that should match the 4-runner's body color is already attached, and it is black. The shell being already attached makes it very difficult to remove and re-use the shell that is the color of your vehicle. If a black shell is ok, then you are good to go. If the shell color on your vehicle is something else, you will have to find a way to remove it without breaking the snap tabs and have it painted to match your vehicle's color, or you would need to take it to a body shop and have them mask and paint it, or disassemble it for painting.
