My 5 year old usually has trouble going to sleep. We found these and she loves them! She said they taste really good, and it helps her get to sleep, and stay asleep. Also could be a coincidence, but her brothers are sick right now (they dont take them) and she's still perfectly healthy! I would definitely recommend these for little ones who struggle with sleep.

It helped my baby go to sleep, I only give her half a gummy when needed and it works quick it only takes about 30 minutes max to kick in for my baby. Her sleep schedule back on track and she stays asleep, plus it has immune system support.
