No Refund For 2 Returned Items
I bought 3 of this cabinets and returned them all because I found a crack on the door of a cabinet upon received. There were not damage during shipping. Therefore I questioned about the quality of the cabinets. So I returned all 3 of them to Walmart. After a week of return, I received a refund for 1 of them. I went to Walmart Customer Services (WCS) where I returned all 3 items. WCS said I called in 1-800-WALMART for the refund of the remaining items. I called this number and talked to the Walmart Customer Rep 4 times and they all said they will requested the refund from 3rd party merchant or Walmart. However, As of today, more than a month after returned, I still have not received the refund for for the remaining items. I am not sure when I will received this refund. I am not sure what I need to do to get my refund at this time.
