Good choice
I've been taking Jarrow Formulas CoQ10 to support my TTC journey, both for myself and my partner. It contains Kaneka Q10, a highly bioavailable form of CoQ10, which was recommended by my healthcare professional for fertility support. Personally, I was advised to take 400mg per day, which can be a bit pricey, but I really appreciate the discounts I can get from iHerb. Previously, I was happy with the product, but I've recently switched to a different brand. However, I might repurchase Jarrow CoQ10 in the future, as I trust the quality and effectiveness of their supplements. It's a great choice for those looking to improve egg quality, energy levels, and support fertility during the TTC process!
